What's in my beach bag... Ryan and I were able to sneak away for a little vacation to Florida this week. We are celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary (woahhh 15 years, how in the world!) and what better way than by the beach relaxing! That is our favorite way to unwind, relax and enjoy each others company by the water and with amazing seafood after a day in the sun.
Okay maybe me loving the seafood a little more than Ryan lol.
Anyways, I was putting all my beach bag go-to's together and thought I'd share what I alway have in my beach bag with me whenever I'm at the pool or beach side!
Items in my bag
First up, It is no secret these are in any bag I take with me, my A'del peppermint chapstick is a must for sunburnt lips! So hydrating. I ran to Target quick last week to grab a couple last minute items I needed for the trip. A new pair of slip of sandals was on my list. I found these pretty light pink colored ones and grabbed them. I always enjoy a fresh new pair of clean vacation slides!
I'm sure most of you have seen me wear my favorite DIFF sunglasses as I wear them often. I packed both of these just incase so I have 2 different options, The Lenox ones and The Gia ones
I figured I'd show my coverup and beach hat on! This coverup is my tried and true. I have a hard time taking any other ones with because I just love this one so much haha.. I'm not a huge hat gal but I do alway bring a beach hat to cover my face from the sun every now and then throughout the day in the beautiful sunshine!
Side note, ignore the piles of boxes in this photo lol. Something super fun coming soon in our master bedroom!
And lastly but certainly not least - Books! My bible, I have the women's study bible and love it! I love it even more when I read my morning devotions in the sand next to the water, ahhh the best! Also bringing along this book called I DARED TO CALL HIM FATHER. I've heard so so many good reviews and comments on this book, I'm excited to start it this trip!
