This is the Barton Sofa, the same one we have at Lakeside. It is so comfy, wears amazing and also completely comes apart for easy moving especially up and down stairs.
I wanted a vintage vibe in here but didn't want to break the bank with a Rug, so I found this one that looked perfect online. Turns out it is so softest rug EVER!!! I AM SO IMPRESSED with this rug. Everyone who walks on it comments how soft it is yet it looks vintage. Plus the price is right, I got an 8'6" by 11'6" and it was under $400!
These chairs are Target. and sold our right away, I was patient and when they came back in stock I bought them so fast! Love the chocolate and love the ruffle, swivel and rock!
I used the Plank and Pillow Mantle tutorial for 3 fireplaces now. It is so easy and quick. I just didn't add the last layer since we don't have room in this room and kept the crown molding off to keep it a little bit more modern. You can comment on her reel for the plans!
I added the chair rail on the mantle. Then I caulked everything getting ready for the paint!
Ryan huge the TV for me and then I hung this amazing picture light that I am in love with. The size is perfect for a large wall such as this one.
You guys!! When I tell you this is the probably the best dupe or lookalike I have found to date I mean it. This coffee table looks exactly like a Pottery Barn or a Restoration Hardware one. It has drawers on each side, it comes with the knobs already attached and fully assembled! I will say the quality of the drawers matches the price tag, but that didn't bother me one bit. The look is amazing and it is functional.
I love how this room feels bright and airy, yet also a little moody and traditional. The picture rail with the dark colors and lots of texture made it a perfect place to cozy up by the fire and enjoy a lake view.
