The Oaks - Girls Room
Girls Room
The last bedroom to be finished is the quaint Cinnamon and Sugar Girls room upstairs! This is the bedroom that is connected to the one bathroom that is upstairs and we named it Cinnamon Sugar because that's the name of the paint color from Magnolia.

This little corner of the room might be my favorite part! This room is quite a different layout with all the angles, which I'm in love with, and it made it a fun challenge to figure out the layout and correct flow for in here.

I love the charm of this white solid wood dresser! The details on the corners sold me. I changed out the hardware to these gold knobs as well to add some more charm.

Of course, this room wouldn't be complete without a frame tv just like all of the other rooms in this house!
Not to toot my own horn but I'm becoming quite the pro at making these frames by now since this is frame number 8 that I've made.

This little nook when you first walk in the door was a perfect spot for a reading/sitting corner. I fell in love with this Velvet Chair going along perfectly with the vibe and color of the room.

I am very impressed at the quality of the scalloped marble base lamp. How cute is it too?!

So, I actually had a different rug for in this room but after trying to style it I felt like it was just off. I wasn't feeling it for some reason. It had a pattern to it so I think that's what was throwing me, it was a bit busy... I went back to the drawing board and found this cream scalloped one and LOVE it!
Checkered Upholstered Ottoman. A key item for this room!
I linked all the bedding that I could below that is still available and in stock!

It feels so good to have this little corner of the upstairs finished! Now all that left to do is continue finishing the basement and finishing the final touches on the exterior!!
