Growing up as the daughter of a European pastry chef, I guess you could say that baking was always in my DNA. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the art and science of baking. After working as the head baker in a Michelin-star restaurant, I’m now on a mission to share the joys of baking with the world.
